The balcony is home to a 7-seater hot tub and a BBQ. The dining table of this home seats 8 people and the kitchen island comes with 6 stools. Powder Retreat has 5 bedrooms and a den. The master bedroom, located or 3rd floor, with king bed has an ensuite with steamshower and soaking tub for the perfect relaxation. On 3rd floor you find 2 more bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with queen bed), another full bathroom and the washer and dryer. The 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms (1 with Queen bed, 1 with 2x twin over twin bunk beds) and a full bathroom. The den with pullout couch and big flat screen TV is also located on 2nd floor. Powder Retreat spreads over 3,000 sq. ft. of living space and can sleep up to 14 people. No pets. No smoking. Free wifi. The garage cannot be used for car parking. You will be able to fit 4 cars in front of the garage. Please note there is a rented office space separate entrance on the corner of the lower level.
