River Inn Thredbo

The River Inn Resort is a modern deluxe property and the ONLY SKI IN, SKI OUT hotel resort accommodation in Thredbo, with direct access to Friday Flat and Thredboland children’s ski school. This family friendly snow accommodation is located next to the Gunbarrel Chair Lift, meaning you can ski to the chairlift to access the whole mountain, or cruise down to the Friday Flat beginner’s area.

IMPORTANT - Requirements if travelling by car:
National Park entry fee: Please note that when driving to Thredbo you are required to pay an entrance fee to the Kosciuszko National Park. You have the option of paying a fee for the number of days you will be staying in the Park, or purchasing an annual pass. If the entrance stations are closed, the entrance fee can be paid at the Thredbo Information Centre.
Car Chains: You are required to have chains in your vehicle at all times, in the instance of poor weather. These can be hired for a small fee from the BP in Jindabyne. There are vehicle checks conducted within the park and you will be issued with a fine if you are not carrying chains.
