7 Days Niseko
Niseko is best done by working through the four main areas over a few days. Start in Grand Hirafu to get your bearings, then explore Hanazono, Niseko Village, and Annupuri. Plan one day for guided backcountry if the advanced skiers want to chase powder. Beginners will still have plenty of friendly terrain, especially around Hanazono.

5 Days Furano
Furano is quieter, less crowded, and more focused on skiing. The mountain is split into two main zones, Kitanomine and the Furano Zone, connected by the Ropeway. That setup gives enough variety for a few days without the busier feel you get at Niseko.
