We want to publicly thank MySnow Holidays but especially Dan and Paul for their amazing work planning and organising our Japan ski trip and sight seeing! 20 people aged from 7 - 70 and everyone was happy! From first contact their comprehensive knowledge of the country and the logistics of getting that many people around to experience the sights and the skiing was astounding! Nothing was ever too much trouble. We had such a memorable, magical holiday! So much so that we have now booked a second holiday with them - wouldn’t go anywhere else. Huge thank you and exceptionally well done!

Shizukuishi and Zao Onsen, Japan

We asked for the real Japan skiing experience!
And that is what My Snow provided; a ski tour covering 3 different resorts in spring skiing conditions, we had some fresh powder in each location at times we felt like we had the mountains to ourselves, Shizukuishi;s Onsen was gorgeous with huge Catfish in the pond, and Zao Onsen was perfect for the adventurous traveler, futons bamboo mats sliding doors and full Japanese breakfast menu.
Best Ski trip so far!

Tomamu, Japan

Our recent holiday to Tomamu, Japan was absolutely amazing! The resort was beautiful, the snow conditions were fantastic, and the scenery was breathtaking. Everything was well organised and completely stress-free.

The food was incredible fresh, delicious, and a highlight of the trip. It was the perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and unforgettable memories.

Rusutsu, Hokkaido, Japan

Fantastic ski holiday in Rusutsu, Hokkaido. 3 mountains connected by gondalas with a variety of terrain for our family of 5. The best snow in Japan in this region! Plenty of snow and powder. Stayed at The Vale in a 2 br apartment for 10 nights - very comfy with all facilities including laundry in our room. Ski school run very well; lifts & gondalas all ran efficiently and smoothly. We agree hands down that Rusutsu is an amazing powder ski destination in Japan.

We had the BEST TIME! Crystal lodge was amazing, we had great snow, the zipline and valle lumina was fantastic, and of course Whistler was 5 stars. We had such a good family holiday. I have never used a booking service like this before for booking and paying for everything all in one place, and it was a great experience. You had me hooked early on. Your service was 10/10 and I have already recommended My Snow to other friends. It was wonderful to just rock up to places and everything was ready and paid for. And those dining vouchers were the icing on the cake.

Sun Peaks, Canada

We have booked our Canada ski holidays twice with My Snow Holidays and had fantastic trips both times. Our agent, Jonathan, is very professional to deal with and the hotels and travel providers they use are top notch too. An example is when we Checked into our Sun Peaks hotel they handed us an envelope with our 6day ski passes - all ready to go the next morning, no queuing required. Shuttles were very good too, waiting for us after our flight into Kamloops was delayed (quite a common occurrence we are told). I can recommend using My Snow Holidays. Their prices are better than you can get yourself and you get strong back up when you need it, as we did in 2023 when there were big travel issues at both Vancouver and Auckland airports due to weather events. Big White, Canada

Big White was fantastic, lots of fresh snow, we skied powder snow each day as well as trees.
great way to spend the week of our wedding anniversary!!

There is a lot of ski runs, so we were always finding new runs and challenges, signage was great all over the mountain, night skiing as well.
Overall, the Big White resort is very friendly and well priced, we never felt like they had us trapped so would price gouge us.

We stayed at Sundance, which suited us, mini kitchenette in the room, hot tub in the snow, sauna room, and ski in ski out.

We will go again for certain.

Queenstown and Wānaka, New Zealand

I highly recommend booking your next trip with MySnow Holidays! I booked my first snow trip to Queenstown NZ with Paul Byrne, who was the best agent I could've gotten. When I booked my first Snow Holiday, I decided to leave the flights to myself; but evidently booked them wrong. After notifying them, Paul and the team were able to correct my mistake within minutes. I highly recommend booking your whole holiday with them, as I am doing now for my second trip to Wānaka NZ! Could not have asked for a better, more helpful company & Ski Expert to help me with this process. It's not often I find myself being able to put my complete trust in a company themselves, however with Paul and the team at MySnow Holidays, I know they have me covered!

Maddy was fantastic! We recently went on a trip to New Zealand and she organised our entire stay in Queenstown, and 4 days of skiing. What was also amazing is that she got us a 1 day refund for our lift passes when all ski fields were closed on the one day due to weather. Her friendly and efficient manner made a huge difference.

Wānaka and Cardrona, New Zealand

Words can’t do this place justice.
It was an amazing experience staying at this beautiful home.
It felt like a home from the moment you walked through the door. Every detail was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The fire place was amazing. So much room for our family of 5. A massive kitchen and eating area.
You will be mesmerised for hours looking out at the Wanaka mountains and Lake Wanaka.
It’s a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Wanaka.
The facilities were so good. After a great day in the ski fields which were an easy 40min drive to Cardona ski resort. We enjoyed a relaxing spa and swim in there pool.
We highly recommend this place for all to enjoy tye ski slopes of Cardona Ski resort.
Many thanks to Jordon and the team for organising such a wonderful holiday for my family. We highly recommend using Jordon and the team for your next ski holiday in NZ.
Every detail was thought about and planned very well from the moment we boarded to the moment we landed.

Cardrona, New Zealand

We recently enjoyed our snow skiing holiday to Cardrona New Zealand. The MySnow Holidays Team helped us with booking our lift passes at a competitive price. We had one day at Cardrona where a ‘wind hold’ closed the mountain for skiing and everyone was offered a refund on lift passes for the day by Cardrona. This was much appreciated! The MySnow Holidays team helped facilitate this refund smoothly for us within a month of us arriving home.

This is the second time I have worked with Hamish for our fmaily ski adventure.
Last year a seamless holiday to Canada Snow Peaks and this year we are off to Zermatt.

Hamish is very responsive and helpful - the last trip was perfect and the organisation for the upcoming one has been easy and stress free.

Hamish was a delight to work with. I gave him a rough outline of what we as a family were seeking. He came up with fabulous options then helped me drill down until we had the right holiday.

His speedy response to my many questions resulted in a great outcome of suitable flights that were on special for only a few hours more, the perfect hotel and transfers etc.
I cannot recommend Hamish highly enough and would absolutely call on him again...and again and again :)

Ella has been incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, especially as we’ve changed our dates and plans several times. She’s always provided us with great options and, importantly, her own valuable insights and recommendations and has made the planning process so much easier. Aspen, USA

The team at Mysnow holidays (Jono) was great to deal with and help choose and organise our trip to Aspen.
Had a fab week staying at the Gant. Accommodation fab and staff cldnt be more helpful providing a regular service in and out of town.
The ski equipment provider - Four Mountain sports - also fab - moving our skis to different ski areas overnight so they were ready to collect the next day & we didn’t have to carry them.
Not the cheapest holiday - but all aspects were excellent!
