1. THE PROMOTION
1.1 PROMOTER
The Promoter is ITC Pacific Pty Ltd, ABN 94 056 186 200, of Level 10, 303 Coronation Drive, Milton, Brisbane QLD 4064, trading as Mysnow Holidays ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion starts at 12:00am AEDT on 1 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 ("Promotion Period").
1.3 ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies, agencies and suppliers, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 ENTRY
To enter, an eligible person must make a new ski holiday booking directly with Mysnow Holidays and pay the required deposit during the Promotion Period. The deposit amount is set out in clause 3.2 of our Booking Conditions and shown on your invoice, and must be received by us in clear funds during the Promotion Period. Bookings made through travel agents or third parties are not eligible.
2.2 NUMBER OF ENTRIES
Each eligible booking receives one entry, entered in the name of the lead passenger. A person may receive more than one entry by making more than one eligible booking.
2.3 CANCELLATION BEFORE THE DRAW
If an eligible booking is cancelled, or the deposit is refunded, before the draw, the entry for that booking is void.
3. THE PRIZE
3.1 PRIZE
There is one prize: a $5,000 (incl. GST) Mysnow Holidays travel credit. The winner can apply the credit to the eligible booking that won the prize, or to a new Mysnow Holidays booking.
3.2 PRIZE VALIDITY
The travel credit must be used within 12 months of the draw date. Any part of the credit not used within that period is forfeited.
3.3 REMAINING CREDIT
If the booking the credit is applied to costs less than $5,000, the remaining balance stays available as credit until the 12 month validity period ends.
3.4 CANCELLATION AFTER WINNING
If the winner cancels the eligible booking, or the deposit is refunded, at any time before the departure date of that booking, the prize is forfeited. This includes any unused or already applied credit, and no cash value or replacement prize will be given. The winner's standard cancellation fees under our Booking Conditions will also apply.
3.5 RESTRICTIONS ON THE CREDIT
The credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It cannot be transferred to another person, and it cannot be used for travel insurance. The credit must be used on a booking where the winner is the lead passenger.
3.6 BOOKING CONDITIONS
All bookings remain subject to our Booking Conditions, supplier terms and availability. If credit is applied to a booking that is later amended, our standard amendment fees and any supplier charges apply.
4. THE DRAW
4.1 DRAW
The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 2 December 2026 at Level 10, 303 Coronation Drive, Milton, Brisbane QLD 4064. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by a random number generator.
4.2 NOTIFYING THE WINNER
The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. Their name and state will be published at mysnow.com.au/-tpl-win_a_ski_holiday-.htm on 2 December 2026.
4.3 CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner must claim the prize by 5:00pm AEDT on 5 January 2027.
4.4 UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the prize is not claimed by that time, or it is forfeited under clause 3.4 before the redraw date, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 6 January 2027 at the same location. The redraw winner will be contacted by phone and email within 2 business days, their name and state will be published at the same page on 6 January 2027, and they must claim the prize by [5:00pm AEDT on 3 February 2027]. If the prize is forfeited after the redraw date, no further draw will take place.
5. GENERAL
5.1 TAX
Prize winners may wish to seek independent financial advice about tax implications.
5.2 LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the prize. This does not affect any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
5.3 DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, made in breach of these terms, or made using false information.
5.4 PUBLICITY
The winner may be invited to take part in publicity, but participation is not a condition of receiving the prize.
5.5 PRIVACY
Personal information is collected to run this promotion and manage bookings, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy.
5.6 SOCIAL MEDIA
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
