Akakura Hotel Annex is joined to the Akakura Hotel by way of a long hall. The Annex provides comfortable accommodation central to the Akukura ski are at more affordable prices whilst retaining access to the hotel facilities. Amazing indoor and outdoor onsets to choose from you cannot go past the Akakura Hotel Annex.

Akakura Hotel is a well known Akakura ski hotel in the very heart of Akakura Onsen Ski Village. It is only a four minute walk to the Akakura Onsen lifts from Akakura Hotel Myoko. There are refreshing 100% natural hot springs (Uen-no-yu) to relax in equipped with an open-air bath, sauna and jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy visiting various baths at the Hotel Akakura such as Rakuraku-no-yu or Ishiwari-no-yu. Enjoy fine food while staying in the guest rooms — Western, Japanese and combination rooms — each equipped with bath and washlet toilet. The hotel was named as one of the top 100 hotel and ryokans for its cuisine in a survey of professionals conducted by Ryoko Shinbun-Shinsha (travel newspaper). The Akakura Park Hotel is a well known Akakura ski hotel in the very heart of Akakura Onsen Ski Village. The exterior reminds you of a Swiss Mountain Chalet, while the interior lets you know you are well and truly in Japan. It is a medium size hotel with 34 rooms, a mix of Japanese and Western Rooms, many with en-suite facilities. With Japanese, Western and combination rooms (with or without ensuite), find a room to your liking and experience what Myoko Kogen has to offer. The onsen (hot spring baths) are one of the features of this hotel and provide a relaxing end to a day on the ski slopes.

Just 3 minutes' walk from Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, Kogakuro Onsen Hotel is a 12-minute drive from beautiful Imori-ike Pond. It is a 15-minute drive from JR Myoko Kogen Train Station. Kogakuro might not look like much from the outside, but a warm, friendly and comfortable ryokan-style hotel is waiting for you inside. Despite its age, the hotel has held up well and, although dated, the rooms and communal spaces are well kept, clean and incredible inviting. The hotel is family run and this is obvious - owner Mieko will ensure she and her staff go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Property Description: Myoko Vista is one of the newest lodge's in Myoko, with a boutique stylish feel, great location to the slopes and an in-house traditional bathhouse overlooking the snow and ski runs of Myoko Akakura resort.
All rooms feature traditional Japanese tatami flooring and include, private bathroom, either western style bedding or futons, large glass sliding doors and private verandas ideal for soaking up that striking alpine vista.
The penthouse room, with it's stunning views, space and amenities unlike anything else in town covers one entire half of the top floor of the building and has expansive views over the valley, full kitchen, large bathroom and a Western style freestanding bath.

Important: CHECK IN IS STRICTLY 3PM – 10PM. Please understand we are a small lodge and we are often out with guests during the day. We do not operate a “reception desk” and aside from housekeeping, the lodge may not be staffed from 10am – 3pm. If you wish to arrive outside of the designated check-in hours, we ask that you make your own way to the lodge. You may store your bags in our foyer if you wish to check in prior to 3pm. For late check-ins (after 10pm), self-check in is available.
We do recommend you plan on arriving in Akakura prior to 10pm. If you are getting the train from Tokyo, we recommend you do so before 6pm for several reasons: Reduced services operate from Nagano to Myoko Kogen after 9pm, with the last around 10.25pm. Also, sometimes local train services are cancelled during heavy snowstorms, and our road may not be clear for pick up if it is late in the evening. We recommend you check the weather forecast and give yourself plenty of time for travel. Lastly, please consider also that we often wake at 5am daily to clear snow and that we are not available to pick you up from Myoko Kogen Station after 10pm. |
