Chalet Luma offers all the space and creature comforts a family would like, set in the beautiful St Moritz forested area. Enjoy skiing and eating in Hirafu, with a short walk out to peace and quiet at this wonderful house, surrounded by safe space for the kids to play. Chalet Luma sleeps 8 comfortably, with space for one extra person on a sofa-bed (charges for the extra person apply). The ample entertainment space includes a full-sized foosball table. This and the open, treed areas around the house make Chalet Luma a great place to play with the kids or to let them play while the adults relax upstairs. For ultimate convenience, a complimentary shuttle service is also provided in Winter. With a quick phone call, shuttle drivers can take you to anywhere you wish to go within the Hirafu Village between the hours of 8:00am and 7:30pm. *Please note that during peak seasons and inclement weather, the wait times can increase. We recommend calling in advance whenever possible.

Guests do not need to go to the Hokkaido Tracks office or complete any paperwork for check-out. Guests should leave keys on the kitchen table. Lost keys will be charged to the guest.

Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If guests need to store luggage after 10am, please contact our front desk and we will assist.
